Everything you want to know.

Straight answers on where we operate, who fills your prescriptions, and how care actually works at Overcame.

Getting started

Overcame is a modern telehealth service that connects you with licensed U.S. providers for treatments like hair loss, weight loss (GLP-1), testosterone replacement therapy, ED, and more. You complete an online visit, a provider reviews it, and — if appropriate — your medication is prescribed and shipped to your door.
Choose the treatment you’re interested in and complete a short, provider-vetted online visit. It takes about five minutes. If a licensed provider determines a treatment is right for you, they’ll write a prescription and your order ships from a verified pharmacy.
No. The entire process is 100% online — no waiting rooms and no in-person visits required. Providers review your information and may request lab work for certain treatments, such as TRT.
Yes. Every treatment is a script-verified, FDA-regulated medication, prescribed only when a licensed provider determines it’s appropriate and dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy.

States & eligibility

49 states are served by Overcame. We do not serve California.
Available in 49 states. Not available in California. If you’re located outside our service area, we’ll let you know before you complete your visit.
Eligibility depends on the treatment, your health history, and a licensed provider’s clinical judgment. You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state we serve. The provider will determine whether a given treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
If a provider decides a treatment isn’t right for you, you won’t be charged for the medication. They may suggest an alternative or additional information, such as lab work, when appropriate.

Treatments

We offer provider-reviewed treatments for hair loss (finasteride, minoxidil), weight loss with GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide), testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction (sildenafil, tadalafil), and ivermectin — among other script-verified options.
GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide help regulate appetite and blood sugar, which can support meaningful weight loss when paired with lifestyle changes and provider guidance. A provider will determine whether they’re appropriate for you.
In most cases, yes. Testosterone replacement therapy is guided by lab results so your provider can prescribe and monitor safely. We’ll walk you through how to complete any required labs.
Many of our treatments are high-quality generic medications, referred to by their generic drug name (for example, sildenafil or finasteride). Your provider and pharmacy will confirm exactly what you’re receiving.

Billing & shipping

No insurance is needed. You pay one transparent price that covers your visit and treatment, with no surprise fees.
Once approved, your medication ships free from a verified pharmacy in discreet, unmarked packaging — typically arriving within a few business days.
Yes. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time from your account — no long-term commitment.

Privacy & safety

Your health information is handled confidentially and shared only with the licensed providers and pharmacy involved in your care, consistent with applicable privacy laws.
